I'm surprised there is no thread about this yet....but there is one about a philandering late night Alfred E Neuman look alike....

Kevin Jennings is the assistant deputy secretary, in the office of safe and drug free schools within the Department of Education. About 20 some odd years ago, he was a 24 year old teacher at a high school. A 16 year old male came up to him and confessed that he was having an affair with a man...the age of consent in Massachusetts was and is 16...and what should he do? Jennings, being in the closet himself, was taken aback and a bit uncomfortable with the student's confession, and so he gave advice about safe sex, and the use of condoms....since such situations were not covered in his handbook, and no law was broken, he did not take it further.

Now the self moralising right are claiming that he covered up statutory rape, and so me have even suggested that he had the affair with the boy. They are saying Obama should boot him out of the administration. Now while I feel it is wrong for a grown man to have any sort of sexual relationship with an underage teenager, no law was broken, as due to the law no statutory rape occurred. Yet these are the same clowns who said that Foley should keep his position, and nothing happen to him. Foley did alot worse than just advise a boy about safe sex.

Just more fantasy problems cooked up by the "we have nothing else to offer" Republican party. Michelle Bachmann is now saying there are school field trips to get abortions in health care reform. The crazy ideas just keep coming.
