Does anyone happen to know who has recorded this any time in the last 20 years or so? I have a VERY strong memory of listening to this on a tape back when my parents were still alive and I listened to music in the kitchen most evenings.

It was a male soloist. I know Christine Parsons has recorded it, but it wasn't her. I also know it wasn;t the late John MacLeod of MacLeod; I've never had that album in my possession.

Whatever tape it was on, I seem to remember it being the last track. I can't remember which title it was, though it may also have been under its English title, Rory Mor's Lament (unlikely, as it was sung in Gaidhlig).

Any help would be appreciated!
