(Frenchmen are reputed to be quite intelligent. Just a suggestion. Canadian men on the other hand seem to vary from quite intelligent to not so intelligent to dumb as a post. The dumb-as-a-post ones are quite easy to spot, and you can find them in the evening at sports bars. The more intelligent ones are harder to spot.)
