Several makers advertise on the internet.
If you want a used one, ask around in the nearest dock area where work boats are moored (Usu. city or government).

Jut as an historical note--
The dredge company purchased the URL from Max, a good ways back. The same way that the Chemical Agent Monitoring Company purchased camsco.com from me, causing me to switch to the longer (but more explicit) camscomusic.com. Amazing what we'll do for money.
