Actually, it's an update about my mom. Her abuser has just been arrested, two years and two more victims later. Here's hoping for some justice, as well as return of her property and not least, some closure. I don't have any details yet, as I wasn't home when she called.

It's a grand day today!!!

Bill, Mom has recovered her self-respect. That alone is huge. Her car and belongings would be added gravy. Legal closure to this miserably handled crime is the best gift of all.

Mary, thanks for the defense, but this is something that Bill and I have been discussing for a while. One of the pieces of art is one of Bill's pieces. And the car is history, the repo man has it so now the loan company will be off her back.

I'm glad things have worked out, but I question the safety of discussing such things on an open forum. I hate to put a damper of things, but I think it's worthwhile to remind everyone that Google is very powerful. We have a feeling of safety and intimacy here, but it's an illusion.
