Now that it's been announced in the papers - Congratulations, Tom. Mr. TRUBRIT has been unanimously chosen to be mayor of South Portland.

A grammy award nomination. A mayor. All we in Maine need is for someone to have a baby to make the week complete.

I'd like to say that I really do enjoy reading his contributions in the Tru-Brit newsletter I get, though I'm not close to the Maine real estate market.   Particularly his observations of UK society are delightful---as a fellow American also married to an Englishwoman. Most of the information he conveys I know already---but he has a great dry wit.   I hope Portland enjoys his tenure.
