Subject: BS: Retailers Charging More to ship to APO From: Amergin Date: 18 Dec 09 - 09:49 PM Apparently, some shops have been charging high rates to ship to an APO/FPO address claiming it is due to higher transportation costs...when in actuality it costs no more than to ship to a stateside address. Walmart was the biggest culprit...but they now claim in the last couple of days they changed their shipping charges...Target actually charges less than the normal rates. Shipping to Overseas Military |
