WorldCat.org lists 3 musical scores that might be the one you want:

1. SHE WAS A DAINTY SHEPHERDESS.
by L Hudson
Language: English
Publisher: ©1923.

2. LITTLE BO-PEEP. : (THE DAINTY SHEPHERDESS.)
by Tom Mellor; Harry Gifford
Language: English
Publisher: London : B. Feldman & Co., ©1911.

3. THE DAINTY SHEPHERDESS. DANSE GRACIEUSE POUR PIANOFORTE.
by Henri Beaumaire
Publisher: Boston : Louis H. Ross Music Publishing Co, [1909]

They are all in the British Library; I don't know of any other source.

Dear Sir
Can you help me please?
I'm retired and live in Aberdeen, Scotland. One of my older brothers has given me the words of a school song (as far as he remembers them!!) I've tried Google but can't seem to find any song containing the lyrics he gave. I would be delighted to find the song as it would mean a lot to him.
Here are the words, as best he can remember them:

O dainty shepherdess, where are you going?
Come roam with me afar, where fragrant blossoms are
Where none our peace might mar
We two a-maying

Many thanks and kindest regards

Raymond Sutherland
