Yeah, maybe you had to be there!

This is from our local paper here in North-Central Illinois; a police report

Princeton---Eve Pinetop, 65 -- of Main Street in Princeton was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to report an accident to police at 11:52 p,m. Friday at her residence.The county sheriff's department said: According to the report, she lost control of the vehicle and traveled across the roadway where she hit a guide wire, snapped a utility pole, ran over a natural gas line regulator that supplied service to her home and ran over her own mailbox before proceeding down her driveway and parking her vehicle.

Not much else to say, I guess.

Well, no...Art, you know it could have happened in, oh, De Kalb, Adams, Brown, Pike, or any number of other Illinois counties. Heck, I can think of several people who'd do that sort of thing, some of whom are my relatives.
