He wouldn't be the first from Space to grace the stage in Ottawa! The GG is supposed to represent the Queen in Canada in her absence; not to travel to other nations as Head of State. Best plan is to shitcan the office and sell the palace!

Perhaps he could apply for a pardon. Then he would qualify and pardons are freely given. Then free beer would , of course be included at Government House.(even Keith's) As for the smokes he could negotiate that with the smugglers.

It's on the front page of the Toronto Star today. Shatner is Canadian Facebook users' number ONE choice for Canada's next Governor General!

Shatner has commented on this in the past, though, and he says he would much prefer to be the Prime Minister of Canada. I think that should be taken seriously. Very seriously. Shatner has spoken.

The Liberal Party of Canada should take note of this and do the one thing, the obvious thing, the ONLY thing that can save this nation.

1. Toss out Michael Ignatieff from the Liberal Party leader's chair.

2. Crown William Shatner by acclamation!!!

3. And then send Stepen Harper straight to the F-ing Dumpster!!!
