Hello again, It's been a while.
I have been busy with my hobby/obsession of exposing con-artists who claim to have wonderful new renewable energy devices (I call them GREEN WIDGETS).
Under the present laws in Australia any sleazo can simply claim to have a new green widget and solicit investment from the public to commercialise it. Unless a detractor (that's me) can prove 100% that it is a fraud,,,then it is business as usual.
I challenged Mr Greg Watson and his silly SunCube on this forum (see SunCube Fiasco thread) but was unable to stop his PONZI scheme from expanding worldwide and claiming more victims.
Mr Watson published my full name KEITH EDWARD LEECH and called me a serial liar, criminal, profiteer and psycho stalker.
(he even called me a MORRIS DANCER but apparently I can't sue for that)

He claimed that he would be suing ME for slander etc.
I grew tired of waiting for that to happen so I have Taken Greg Watson and his company GGE to the NSW Supreme Court for defamation.

Watson has not tried to use the defence of TRUTH because his defamatory comments about me are NOT true.
Instead, he is taking the line that,,,,,well, I might have published that stuff but you can't prove that anybody READ it!

HERE IS AN APPEAL TO MUDCATTERS IN AUSTRALIA.

If there are any readers in any states of Australia that have read any publications or republications of defamatory material about me on the net or elsewhere would they please send me a PM urgently.
We are back in court next week and I need to prove that several people have read the derogatory publications.

Under Aus law do you have to prove publication within the jurisdiction as a matter of jurisdiction or as a matter that is a condition of the cause of action or as a matter of damages?

Struth! How would I know.
I need a few readers in Australia, ideally one in each state.
This is not in an attempt to claim more MUNNY, it is to prevent Mr Watson (who has now taken to calling himself Gregory Watson MD!) from having the case thrown out on a technicality.
ie I can't prove anybody has read it.
Same as I can't prove he does not have fairies at the bottom of his garden.
Or a working SunCube.

After seeing this I read it online in Guam. Your name has been splashed internationally, always a danger with the Internet.

From the other things I read I cannot see what makes the Suncube a fraudulent machine. The specs are confusing and may hide a lot that a casual reader (me) cannot or should not see.

I saw articles that companies in the States are looking into it. Have they tested the Suncube or will they depend on the statements of the developer?

I read all that was posted here in threads. I also visited several sites - I saw that those who were not in accord with the views of the developers were subject to attempts to discredit them - sadly I cannot remember more precise details than that at the moment. I an from Queensland.

Hope I am not boring everybody with my obsession.
Started off that I just wanted some more (and cheaper) solar panels.
I accidentally uncovered the GREEN WIDGET industry.
Any area of renewable or green energy is a goldmine for shonks.
I have got a new green widget, I need MUNNY to commercialise it.
Munny flows in from punters, greenies, governments.
Green Widget never materialises.
Shonk TROUSERS THE LOOT.
Hot areas for green widget scams are CPV like the SunCube, and Wave Power like the OPTT PowerBuoy.
Greg Watson is in Toronto right now launching yet another SCIG ponzi portal.

Everyone needs an obsession or two. It shouldn't be one that destroys your life though.

From reading through the various sources on the web I cannot decide who is right. My automatic response is not to trust businesses. Anyone who has an idea to make money should be watched very carefully. They deregulated the banking industry in the USA and look what happened when they quit looking.
