Actually, I think it's pretty well known that 'the wee hours,' which I would describe as 3 to 5 am, are a pretty bad time. Many suicides happen then, many night workers have bad accidents then.

It's the time when many people wake up to find the brain is set on 'criticize.' It's a time of self-recrimination, of If-only-I had... and If-only-I-hadn't...

It's often a time for the reliving of bad experiences and the rethinking of futile, angry thoughts.

My solution is to keep books handy, and I read to calm myself. A purring cat helps too.

As one who has to get up at 4:00 to get to my day job at 5:00 it is a unique time. That clip really puts the pieces together.

TED is a wholly reputable website that, of all people, you would appreciate enormously.

Updating your sooftare from there is not going to cause you or your computer any problems and the error they have notified you of is unlikely to be inaccurate.

I would strongly urge you to download the upgrade and check out some of their talks and performances.

I have to admit I was skeptical but it's clear now.   Lots of 9-11 Mudcat commentators--not to mention so many of the other favorite themes Mudcat is graced with here below the line on a regular basis--must have been taking lessons from this guy.

But the people who above all should be sentenced to watch this are each crop of teenagers as they come along.   Whether it's "y'know", "totally" or whatever the current favorite is---any rational person (even a teenager) would have to recognize the power of this guy's speech--not least because he did not once have to put a filler word, so beloved of teenagers, in. I don't know if there was even an "uh".

Oh No!!..I usually knock off practicing in the basement studio, at...4 in the morning!!...sometimes 3:30 though...sometimes later..but often around four!
