I well remember the Hearme/PalTalk sessions of many moons ago.

I was never a contributor but very much enjoyed listening in.

I've not investigated or installed Zoom as yet, but would it be OK with you and the others if I tuned in passively?

The computer that I have been using for other Zoom sessions defaults to identifying me as just Richard. I think it's possible to change that from within the Zoom application, but maybe not in advance.

Also I ought to mention that my local club, Herga, normally meets on Monday evenings (though I attend very seldom) and is currently having Zoom sessions; but there are probably several such sessions every day somewhere or other, so not to worry about clashing with someone.

So, if we started at noon here in California, that would be 8 PM in London and 5 AM in Sydney. Would 9 PM be too late to start in London?
