Okay, Bobert's wife, Olddude's wife, and my wife all had breast cancer so far this year.

Today the doctor told me that it was my turn: I'd probably need knee surgery, about six weeks out.

Bobert, Olddude -- watch yourselves! This stuff can't be just coincidence! Them black helicopter dudes are on us!

Speaking as a member of the Mudcat Youth Faction, I can tell you I had my left knee operated on for the meniscus in July 2009. I am now back to training four times a week, so it seems to have gone all right. Good luck Rap. I am sure it will go well.

My husband is booked for cancer surgery in two weeks and my knees have started having a very hard time negotiating stairs.

Not immediately -- he estimates six weeks from now because I'll be doing therapy both before and after. And you oughta see the knee brace I'm weating..or better not to.

I was just warning y'all. Hmmm...maybe cancer is someone is connected to knee problems in the SO....toe bone's connected to the butt bone and all that....

Rap... bring yer own alcohol swabs... trust ME and not the nurses. Infection sucks. Been there, got done. Of course, you got Yankee health care. Still, bring some alcohol swabs just to be on the safe side.
