Subject: BS: Problem with a Net 10 phone From: Ebbie Date: 05 May 11 - 01:29 AM Yesterday I re-filled my minutes with my Net 10 cell phone (mobile) I've had it for the last 6 months and have not had a problem before. It is fully charged and activated. This is a prepay phone, no contract, everything is paid upfront. This evening it suddenly does not respond to the buttons. It receives incoming calls but I can't call out- it does not return to the Home page. I tried calling their support line but "technical support is closed until tomorrow's business hours." Anyone out there who has had this happen? Is it a matter of pushing the right button? In advance, I thank tee. |
