Local folk musicians in the Swansea Valley area are getting together to stage a folk concert in aid of the families of the four local miners who were killed recently in the Gleison coal mine at Pontardawe.
The concert on the 10th December at the town's Cwmtawe School features Graham Larkbey and the Whitefern Mountain Band plus a number of local folkies and the school choir. All welcome!

My late father was from that area, I wish i was in a position to be there, but unfortunately I'm not, I hope you all have a really great time, my thoughts and prayers are with the miner's families and good thoughts to the concert organisers and participants.
