A parcel wrapped in paper covered in sweets has arrived: all the way from Australia, and arrived quite safely though I'm afraid I wasn't in the house when the elves delivered.

I'll look forward to getting my pack to help me open it on Sunday, but I'll have the contents. Meanwhile it's safely by the tree.

This is fun.

No present yet, Santa? and I have been extra special good....sob.....it's Christmas Eve here now, and it Saturday, and there are normally no mail deliveries on either Christmas Eve OR Saturday unless the postal elves make an exception today.

Dear Becca, your package was sent via US Priority Mail on Monday. I hope the postal elves get it there today! They should have had it there already, but since they are overworked and underpaid like most of the rest of us, I'm willing to cut them a little slack this time. :-)

Santa, thank you for that message.....obviously the reindeer sampled too much Christmas cheer while on their circuit of the earth. Can't get decent help these days! No doubt it will be here soon.

Perhaps next year you might want to think of training a new troupe of reindeer?

Hmm..Santa delivered the package into the hands of the postal elves on 12/17 with the expectation that it arrive on 12/24. Hopefully it turns up when your post office reopens tomorrow (or is it today already..?)

Well, Brits say Americans say 'rooster' because they don't want to use the word 'cock'. Americans says they use the two words interchangeably. I'd be more inclined to believe the ones who speak the American rather than the British dialect of English.

Well Hello there KimC, Have no fear, your parcel has been sent forth, but I have heard news that the elves have broken down en route and there may be a delay, as they had to use the British Post Office System, who say it shouldnt be too long, it was sent on 21st December and will be with you presently. Hope the wait is worth it :0)
