George was against the war in Iraq ( and the sanctions which led to the deaths of 100,000s of innocent children ... and, by the way, he also spoke out - long and hard - about Saddam's regime)

George was also against the war in Afghanistan.

If we could all turn the clock back - knowing what we know now, which of us would say that George was wrong?

To say otherwise would condemn 100,000s of innocent people to death.

BTW, in the same period, Saddam's regime would not have killed 100,000s of innocent people.

Although by past form, perhaps 10,000s of innocent people, which of course isn't as bad...
