The Energy Commission was told that Bill Johnson, the CEO of Progress Energy would be the CEO after the merger... They approved the merger with in place.... Then, 20 minutes after the merger, Duke's CEO Jim Rogers was made CEO??? Now the State's Attorney General wants answer and Rogers has been summoned to meet with him tomorrow... It's got slimy written all over it... B~ |
