Subject: Chord Req: Solomon Song From: GUEST,Felix Date: 18 Sep 12 - 03:09 PM Can anyone supply the chords for the Solomon Song ("Remember wise old Solomon, recall his history," etc.) from the Threepenny Opera? It's a pretty well known song, but the chords don't seem to be out there in any of the "usual suspect" websites. |
Subject: RE: Chord Req: Solomon Song From: GUEST,999 Date: 18 Sep 12 - 05:17 PM From the Threepenny Opera: Remember wise old Solomon, Recall his history. He was the wisest man on earth, And so he cursed the day of his birth, Declaring 'All is vanity'. So, not much fun Had Solomon. I think most of us might agree. We're not quite as wise as he. His brain it was that put him on the spot. Should we be wise like Solomon? Guess not. I've never heard it. The lyric is there for chords should anyone be able to supply same. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=neBxUukdWec |
