We went to a Breton music workshop and learned a tune for the dance 'tricot', which has part in 3/2 time and part in 2/2.
The person who should have led the workshop had lost her voice so another member of the band did it. He told us that it was a song, and that Annette would have sung it for us, but couldn't.
She did some good mime to indicate that 'tricot' meant the knitting together of 2 dances (Hanter Dro? and An Dro? not that I can do either)

Does anyone have the words? it might be easier to remember the tune with them.

Btw, here are the lyrics again -without mispelling, in the 1st set of lyrics, it should be "vieille" (old woman), not "vielle" (hurdy gurdy)- and a vid with a part of the song sung. Sheet music with full lyrics. It can also be found as "Derrière de chez mon père".

We had it in A minor.

I stuck the lyrics in google translator and it mangled them into this
