When I need to feel better, I look up Dachshund videos on Youtube. It works great. Of course, Dan already has Dachshunds "on tap" 24 hours a day, so in that case, who needs Youtube, right, Dan?

Every Dachshund dreads the thought of a day coming when he can't PEE! It's one of their most favorite activities, and it fullfils an important social need as well. I'm sure, Dan, that your faithful doggies have been giving you all the moral support they can muster throughout this trying time.

I was in hop for several days in my mid 20s for an op on little gnu. My roommate was about my age and he had strictures cut (he broke his dick the good way... hmmmm... SHE broke his dick the good way). Neither of us could walk without a lot of pain and what are two lads that age gonna do for excitement? Wheelchair races round the ward. Wheelchair drag races. It entertained some of the other patients too. Pissed off the nurses tho (pun intended).

Who do you NOT wanna piss off? Yup... nurses. The flirting and racy comments were painful. Then came the sponge bath followed by an application of some kinda "cooling" cream on the back. And WHO did it? Cathy. She wasn't even assigned to our room and, having said that, I don't need to explain what she looked like. Couldn't move for an hour. Refused mine the second time she showed up. I did so just after roomy had his second one. He said, "I never thought of that." thru gritted teeth.

This is just the sort of situation Dachshunds worry about when they're lying on the carpet with their little "eye bumps" popping up and down fretfully. The mere thought of anything happening to their little weenies is almost more than they can bear, and most of them have already suffered unwarranted and unconscionable mutilation by the veterinary profession.

Oh doc says my Pee-New-money is getting better, he will xray the chest again on friday but he says the lung sounds better. I told him I thought the guy yesterday was going to make my willy two inches longer. He said , so then you would be 2 and a half inches total ..

got an appt with my doc buddie again tomorrow... Not coughing near as much but still feel like crap .. no fever now ..

all and all, pretty decent day, friday they tell a guy ya got cancer. then monday they get rid of it and say you are fine now. can't ask for more than that right ... Kewl
