Subject: Speling Misstakes

Are we in England (and America !) losing our ability to spell correctly ,or should we blame it on the ever-increasing reliance on "Spell Checker" ??? Recent examples that have both enraged and amused me include an estate agent in Oxfordshire advertising a house which benefits from " uninterpreted views " , a yacht broker who is hoping to attract "perspective purchasers " and a Yahoo news item about the missing 777 ,which apparently the Dutch are searching for in " unchartered waters " .......the mind boggles !
Estate agents everywhere seem to repeatedly refer to "principle bedrooms" and "formally two cottages " , plus other howlers .What say you ??
