Anyone here see the northern light sky activity, from the recent Solar Flares, last night?
They were visible from where I live, away from the city lights, that is.

I saw brilliant flashing lights at 02:20h. It involved getting up fer a pee. Sometimes, tis hard to be prostrate with an owly prostate.

I thought I was a slight greenish glow along the horizon, but it was probably wishful thinking.

Here is a photo taken last night from Pugwash Nva Scotia, Canada. Since the UK is farther north, it likely visible in some locations also?

IMO, much more interesting than graphic images of gnu's midnight pee, but if you have any pictures of that event to share, why not post them and we can judge that one? :)

I had a, hopeful, look but didn't spot anything last night. It was cloudy early and the moon had a presence later on. We're not likely to get much here in Clare anyway.
