Went off on the zip lines with my daughters over some awesome canyons. After heart surgery it's kind of tough on the chest wall but worth it. I tell you, it's the most fun you can have with out being arrested Lol. Way cool

When I went zip trekking between two mountains in Canada, the thrill of the zip trek was put into perspective when we were walking back to the minibus and a bear was sat in the path blocking our way...

(Anti climax. He sat and posed whilst we got our cameras out then waddled off into the woods, presumably for a shit. )

We all know what zips are in The Uk. Or at least, we dirty rotten stinking capitalists amongst us do.

Me...., These days I get my rush when I go one floor in an elevator.

At the moment I have had surgery on my leg and have to sit still with it elevated.
