The New York Times ran an article the day before the assclown pardoned the dirtbag, from which I quote:

"The sheriff was convicted of violating constitutional rights, in defiance of a court order involving racial profiling. Should the president indicate that he does not think Mr. Arpaio should be punished for that, he would signal that governmental agents who violate judicial injunctions are likely to be pardoned, even though their behavior violated constitutional rights, when their illegal actions are consistent with presidential policies."

Does the Constitution trump the president, or the other way around?

I am not stunned by the staunch empathy free, stand your ground stance of the US conservative any more. At first the hateful rhetoric shocked and froze the liberal empathetic minds. The right selected leadership from the most heartless. Now it is required and is considered to be strength.

If empathy is a weakness I am severely handicapped. Social psychopathy is now a tribal requirement for racists and Nazis. I accept that. Its what Zombies do. Its what CEO's do. It is a minority of humanity but it has taken power before.

Arpaio is proud of his KKK roots.

However with a POS like tRump and his associaied POS cabinet, it appears the Constitution is out the window, and that the Republicruds think that's great, or the brainless, gutless wonders would be raising a stink.

He noted that opponents of extending amnesty-like programs to the estimated 11 million undocumented people living in the United States often point out that they broke the law by entering the country and therefore should be treated as criminals.

Archbishop Wenski asked, "If Arpaio can be pardoned, why can't the irregular immigrants be pardoned?"

Consider that POSUS is pardoning Arpiao for doing what he has done--ignoring orders from a federal court. He's just being consistent.

For example, making it a point and a practice to stop and question Blacks and Latinos who are minding their own business, while not bothering Whites who are minding their own business.
