If you were to load that into a podcast player it should display the tracks prettily. From: Joe Offer Date: 24 Jan 18 - 02:17 AM Hi, Des - Here's a link to the Website for the Mike Harding Folk Show: Go to "Podcasts," and you'll find a page for each show, with an index. But there's a problem - I can't figure out how to copy or download the index from the first page that appears for each program(me). There's a trick - on the index page for each show, there's a player - and on that player, there's a blue link with MHFS and the show number (e.g., MHFS 249) - that link will lead you to an index that can be downloaded or copied. But better yet, go to http://mhfs.podomatic.com/ - both the indexes and the podcasts can be downloaded there. Hope that helps. -Joe- -Mike Harding says that the server is paid for through September, 2018, and there are 250 podcasts available for download. He advises us to do our downloading soon. |

Another trick that works with some browsers: put view-source: in front of the url: view-source:http://mhfs.podomatic.com/rss2.xml Then you'll see the actual media files - they have 'enclosure' tags. (That's the original definition of a podcast: an RSS feed with audio enclosures.) |
