The newspaper shared them with the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists,[2] and a network of more than 380 journalists. Some of the details were made public on 5 November 2017 and stories are still being released. |

Obviously you would need to read the whole article (or at the very least the last paragraph) i thought it was interesting and am inclined to think (as the article suggests) it's large scale and public-funded or subsided capitalism that is the prime offender. while it is obviously a utopian concept i thought it might take some discussion. |
