Subject: Music Documentaries From: rich-joy Date: 29 Jul 18 - 06:45 PM I am trying to recall and source a Music Documentary series, that I saw on Australian TV, maybe (?!) 12 years ago – I cannot remember the name or the presenter! It was probably out of America, but could have been BBC I guess….. It wasn’t merely the social history – interesting as that is – but this one seemed to explain what instrument and what musician made a particular sound and how ideas for the songs - and those often addictive / hypnotic / intriguing Riffs - actually came about. Can anyone give some suggestions of interesting docos that take the songs and music apart for us?? Thanks in advance, Cheers, R-J |
