Subject: BS: Advent Calendar! From: Bonzo3legs Date: 24 Nov 19 - 04:21 AM I don't have an Advent Calendar, so I shall leave a treacle pudding and custard in every cupboard and will open cupboard doors instead !!!!!!!!! |
Subject: RE: BS: Advent Calendar! From: Sandra in Sydney Date: 24 Nov 19 - 04:57 AM what an excellent idea, but do you have enough cupboards? |
Subject: RE: BS: Advent Calendar! From: DMcG Date: 24 Nov 19 - 05:05 AM I like this idea. Takes a fair bit of organising and a lot of people who don't mind lots of strangers turning up to their house though. |

Subject: RE: BS: Advent Calendar! From: Tattie Bogle Date: 25 Nov 19 - 07:16 PM My husband loves making things, and we have a wooden house with 24 doors with space behind for mini packs of sweets or chocolate: it's all painted red, green and yellow. This year he made a new device: in the shape of a Christmas tree with 24 wee bags hanging off it, in which can go similar treats. |

Subject: RE: BS: Advent Calendar! From: Severn Date: 27 Nov 19 - 03:45 PM There was a good one combined with the Christmas Tavern thread back in 2009, I believe, but the best one EVER was the Mudcat Advent Calendar 2005 |
