The song title is "The Ghostly Ship" and a search of that title on YouTube will provide some renditions of Drake's song.

In verse 4, whether or not David wrote it as "hoves up," it should be "heaves up." Hove is past tense and heave is present tense. Additionally, in nautical parlance, a vessel may heave to or loom up [on the horizon or through the fog] but again, "hoves up" is incorrect and ungrammatical.
Sorry to be pedantic but people often misuse nautical concepts.
