Subject: Arizona journalist killed 1976 From: keberoxu Date: 08 Dec 19 - 03:47 PM Visiting Arizona for a few days, looked in the Sunday paper and recalled the tragic story of the journalist killed over forty years ago by a car bomb in a hotel parking lot. Richard Nelson Bolles, author of the book series What Color is your Parachute, had a journalist brother named Don Bolles, and it is the latter who was targeted as a "hit." Forty years on, people are still sorting out this killing. Don Bolles was investigating corruption in high places, and thus he made some enemies there.
