What about Seasons? Was trying to recall Graeme Miles 'Playing at Games of War' which mentions four seasons before his punch line. (Starts on Winter - 'When the snow comes down from Norway')
As well as habitually mentioning months and dates I have (had) the bad habit of seasons too. eg "The Summer sun is fading as the year grows old"
