Airliners often get small cracks in the floor that lose pressure so duct tape is often used to cover the cracks and seams under the rug. Those duct tape rolls measure a foot or more in diameter. The duct tape is now being used to confine problem passengers to their seat.

On leaving Germany after a river cruise, the DH was questioned persistently by a female official who wanted to know everywhere he had been in the country and what he had been doing. She was pacified when we showed her our Viking cruise documents.

I can only think it was because he has a beard. Unfortunately the DH's beard is curly, so it's not the straight, mathematical-looking beard that an elder good guy has in the movies. No, the DH's beard is not tidy, and when it gets too long, curly little hairs start to stick out. Obviously this made him terrorist material.

Actually, if she had a flat tire, he is the guy who would stop and fix it for her.

Before a flight out of Ohio I was joined on each side of me by a sky marshall with a great dane and a sweaty man in a very crumpled and way too small suit who whispered "don't be stupid". Perhaps they were told my name was Hakim? Only the sky marshall and dog joined me on the plane all the way to a rent a car counter in Michigan.

The FAA says 3,200 examples of general aggression ampmg problem passengers have happened since 1/6/2021.
Its a poison? Its a parasite? Its pandemic insanity.

Opening doors in flight, mask fights, even attacking pilots of Cessnas.

It may be a Trump effect but it is wierd. Its like a Lemmings mass suicide. US Army General Aggression says "they're NUTS" :^}
