Is ann a bhios mo dhòchas does mean my hope (dòchas) is/will be there,   but really it's quite a light song, a bit of mouth music.

** I'm copying from a song sheet, but actually I think this should be luban rather than lùban, as "luban" translates as savoury puddings. Maybe it means where there are white puddings there will be black puddings (both being a sort of thick sausage).
