I am trying to find out any information on Glenn Yarbrough Is he still alive? I have two of his albums "Time to Move On" and "Yarbrough Country". Any information would be greatly appreciated. Jeri

It's kind of an interesting Web site, I think. I saw him perform maybe four years ago, and he seemed to be awfully cynical. He's been married and divorced three times, and he didn't look all that healthy. His voice was still good and clear, but many of the songs he sang were New Age, introspective, pseudopsychological gobbledy-gook (guess I'm showing my prejudices here). He did a good job on some of his old songs, though.

Come to think of it, he probably was one of the pioneers of the age of pseudopsychological gobbledy-gook, with all his Rod Mc Kuen songs.

If you are craving more of Glen, RediscoverMusic (Naperville, Ill - I think they have a web site) offers 15-20 Yaarbrough albums, some fairly new some reissues. Perhaps they are all at his web site also. If you know what you want, poerhaps our sponsro can get them for you also.
