My friends and I used to do primal bleat therapy, got the idea from the goats. It sounds so much more anguished and pathetic. BAA-A-AA-AAAA-AAA-A-AA-A!!! Of course I also find myself bleating quietly whenever I feel I'm being herded, long bank line ups, bus stops etc. relieves the montony and clears me some space.

Personally I'd take transcendental meditation over screaming any day of the week. A lot quieter, a lot less energy required, you can do it almost anywhere, and it's a great relaxation and stress reduction technique. When I get to just the right space during a session, it's as if I'm sitting cross legged in mid air hovering about 15 feet above a nice quiet lake at dusk...and the sounds of the loons are wonderful.

The rest of the time, I'm a cratchety fart.  *-)
