Here is a MIDI file from this page. You could open it in MidiNotate (freeware) to get the notation if you have Windows 95, 98 or NT.

Alternatively, you could do a search at   JC's Tunefinder :niel gow's lament will work.  This will retrieve the tune in several formats, including staff (gif); it's always the best place to start when looking for such things.

That midi sequence was one of my earlier efforts, sequenced on an entry level sound card. There is better sounding version here (the link is at the bottom left of the tune list)
