Found it, but had to change the lyrics to the original:

Your glory days are over.
Your pilot light is out .
What used to be your sex appeal
Is now your waterspout.

Time was, when of its own accord,
From your trousers it would spring,
But now you have a full-time job
To find the bloody thing.

It used to be embarrassing
