From: Catrin Date: 27 Sep 00 - 08:32 AM The job is doing research with children with visual impairment, assessing needs and unmet needs - and it sounds just ME for all sorts of reasons. Lots of talking to people and lots of messing about on computers too. For those of you (and I know there are many) who are in the situation I was in a couple of months ago (well until just now actually, when I got the phone call). Know what you're feeling, as the present Mrs Skipjack is also celebrating re-entering the workplace, landing a job this very week, working for CRUSE, the UK bereavement counselling service. The memsahib is glad to be finally doing something with a moral dimension, as prior to standing still too long and getting pregnant, she worked for arms manufacturers and dodgy passport dealers in the early '80's.
