Subject: RE: the sea to Ireland From: GUEST,Mickey191 Date: 29 Oct 00 - 02:07 AM If you ever go across the sea to Ireland Then maybe at the closing of the day You can sit and watch the moon rise over Claddagh and see the sun go down on Galway Bay The strangers came and tried to teach us their way They scorned us just for being what we are They might as well go chasing after moonbeams Or to light a penny candle from a star And if there's going to be a life hereafter And somehow I am sure there's going to be I will ask my God to let me make my heaven In that lovely land across the Irish Sea -----"Galway Bay" line breaks added by elf |
Subject: RE: the sea to Ireland From: paddymac Date: 29 Oct 00 - 02:36 AM Click on the letter "G" at the bottom of the blue box in the upper right corner of this page. When the "G" lis comes up, scroll down to "Galway Bay". You'll see two entries listed. Click on the second one (the one with a "(2)" at the end). When that opens, go to the bottom and click on "next entire page". That's the one you're looking for, with several verses. |
