Mudcatters are a growing contingent on HOBER THINKING RADIO. Not only have I heard Seamus Kennedy, Art Thieme, and Woodchuck's Revenge. I just heard Kendall Morse singing 3 legged man!

Great job, Kendall, of course! So you see, they might've made it sound like ya had to jump through hoops for airplay, but ya got it!!

That is great exposure! Sadly though, Kendall has been arrested for exposure on several previous occasions and now no one in a 5 state area will sell him a trenchcoat.

How good that you have been accepted as a player and performer on Hoser Radio. I can't think of anyone who's more of a hoser than you are and it wonderful that you're amongst all those other hosers and even better that they have a hoser station too and................. huh? ................... uh, say what?........................it ain't hoser?................Hober huh?........................Well never mind then................

Must be something with my ISP or something, maybe the phone lines......I have been getting most radio pretty well, but Hoser.......uh, Hober,......just breaks up all the time.....rebufffs constantly......annoying as hell! (much like Kendall)

I heard you singing a Dave Mallett song this morning on Mike Regenstreif's Folk Roots/Folk Branches on CKUT. It sounded good. You have a much more noticable Maine accent than Dave Mallett.

I just visited the Hober site, and they have a picture of me in a sailboat, and some very nice words of support for me.
They asked for some CD's to sell in their store, so if you want to help Hober, that's one way to do it.

Kendall, I missed your last posting about your picture. Just happened to see it on Hober...very nice picture AND thoughtful words. Folks, here's what Hober says about our Cap'n:

This is one of Hober's favorite singers, Mr Kendall Morse, on his sailboat in the beautiful blue waters of coastal Maine. "I've been in a three year battle with throat cancer, so, I've been out of the loop too long. Radiation killed it, but it raised hell with my singing voice."

With some luck and and prayers maybe we'll hear Kendall sing once more.

Well, as many of you know, I had a setback on Feb. 2nd. A triple bypass. They had to insert a breathing tube down my windpipe, and that irritated my vocal cords even more!
Hober is very kind to say such nice things.
