difficulty miking up on stage

at the moment i am using the tried and trusted "SHURE" mike (the one I sing through)but this doed not prove that good, some wise man suggesred that I angle the mike differrantly

help please

Got to go to work soon so don't have a lot of time. In the Digitrad and forum search, just above the threads, put mic and set the filter for 90 days. There will be at least one good thread come up. Then try microphone, then try (seems to me there was a recent one called) How to mic a Bodhran. Even try Bodhran, but it make take a while to download. I will be back later today and check up on your luck.
