I just got an email that didn't give its source, but it's from someone I trust, one who is active in the peace movement in NH:
TONIGHT TUESDAY 9/18

10:30 PM EST 9:30 CENTRAL 8:30 MOUNTAIN 7:30 PACIFIC

STEP OUTSIDE TONIGHT AND LIGHT A CANDLE. A SATELLITE PICTURE OF THE U.S. WILL BE TAKEN AND POSTED ON THE NEWS IN THE MORNING.

I GOT AN EMAIL AND HEARD THIS FROM PEOPLE WHO HEARD IT ON THE RADIO

As I said in the other candle thread, my candle will be lit at sundown every night until all the lost are found and the mess cleaned up.

I think this is from last week, or was just for last night, but it is coming, to me, by email from several friends. Anyone know the skinny on it?

It seems clear to me that last night, Tuesday the 18th, was the time to do it.

If today's, or at least tomorrow's, newscast and papers don't have the photo, it's a pretty sure bet it was a hoax.

You wouldn't be able to take a picture of any more than one candle at a time from a satellite (If then). There isn't enough light. But it is a nice thought. You will know it is there.
