Any Icelandic speakers out there who can translate Sigur Ros's haunting track Starálfur (I know the title means Elf Staring, anyway) for me? |

Subject: RE: Help: Icelandic speakers: Sigur Ros help From: Anglo Date: 30 Oct 01 - 03:59 PM I am told by someone who keeps better track of such things than I do that this is the group that was on the tube recently, coupled with Bjork. A group member, being interviewed, explained that though the vocals _sounded_ like language, actually the "words" were not in any language at all. The band was into sound, not meaning on that level. |
