Subject: Sea Fever 2002 From: Willa Date: 21 Mar 02 - 05:55 PM A date for your diary; this year it doesnn't clash with the Whitby FF Sea Fever Festival 2002 Kingston-Upon-Hull UK 31st August - 1st September 2002 The Hull Marina comes alive with open-air performances of Sea Shanties and Sea Songs, against a backdrop of traditional sailing vessels providing a weekend of fun for all the family. The crafts marquee features arts of maritime woodcarving, coracle making, ropecraft and the secrets of ship bottling, will additional stalls representing the RLNI, Ocean Youth Trust, the Humber Pilots, the Mission to Seafarers and much more. There is also a children's activity area featuring pirate workshops, singarounds, children's games and maritime puzzles, bouncy castle and street entertainment with Lord Nelson and the nautical press gang.
