I have fallen and sprained my ankle more than once and it is certainly helpful to have someone helping out. Here's hoping you heal quickly...keeping some arnica handy can work wonders...either the homeopathic pellets for immediately after the fall, or an infusion to soak cloths in to wrap the injured bit...

I fell on the ice about a week ago; started the pellets under the tongue about an hour after and continued for about 6 days. Cat is on crutches and Micca is being very protective and domesticated.(JeZ is away for the weekend) At least he makes a decent cup of tea! Worked a bit of healing on Cat's leg and head. She's lost most of her hearing and balance at the moment too. Both need lots of hugs as does Magician who's not so well either.
