Subject: RE: Closing an Auction Bid From: voyager Date: 02 Apr 02 - 08:10 PM WYSIWYG/Susan - Done! Wish I'd known about Mudcat Gathering before. Alas, I'm landlocked by punch-clock working hours and parental duties. Looking forward to the songbook! FYI - In 1962 (at age 10) I was mostly listening to Johnny Horton and Harry Belafonte music . By my late teen years I was picking the songs by these festival artists . Many years later....they are still my favorite On...forgot to mention my DULCIMER period (made my own) and time spent with the Jean Ritchie songbooks too . So you see...Folk Music has always Jazzed up my Life voyager

Subject: RE: Closing an Auction Bid From: Steve Latimer Date: 08 Apr 02 - 08:50 PM I ran into the same thing when I bought Charcloth's Banjo. When I had the high bid I PM'd Max as to what to do next. Max basically said that it's all on the honour system. I think it's kind of nice that we can do it that way.
