Subject: Folk clubs in the West Country From: Linda Kelly Date: 11 May 02 - 07:46 PM Having completed my grand tour of Europe last week I am embarking on my grand tour of the West Country next week. Any information on folk clubs near Gloucester Tewksbury and St Austell in Cornwall would be gratefully recevied. |

Chris Ridley's site lists in Cornwall (I link to it) and when I was in Falmouth there was a session on the Tues in Jacobs Ladder (at the top of the steps called....) Wed was an open stage/mic night. I waqs told by Pete Grassby not so long ago that the Gunnards Head hotel near Zennor still have a bash on Wed night. |

Free admission and its been going on for over 10 years with regular visitors from the Bacca-pipes F.C. Keighley And people come to listen as well Hope you are well John |
