For the southerners there's the
First Travelling Folk Song and Ale
at Magham Down in East Sussex
The same weekend.
It's for singers, dancers, players, poets and audience. Something for everyone. Camping, pub (Harveys ales) and hall all on the same site.
North or south there's always somewhere to go to avoid mowing the lawn at weekends.

Middlewich is also to be a cultural event, so to speak. Have packed car up, and got to work, and then realised I've forgotten Duvet. Bugger. The cat is asleep on the passenger seat, he sends his regarrrrrrds.

Only trouble with Cleckheaton is that I'm likely to go to the pub and then spend about four thousand pounds that I don't have in the music shop next door!!!

Hurrah, a chance to see some friendly faces again, the winter is such a long break from good music in the north. I'll alsohave to remind Abuwood to bring the sweat shirt and t shirt on order that were neglected from last year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all, just a plug for Cleckheaton folk festival in West Yorks in a few weeks time. (1st weekend in July-actually)

I believe them lunatics, Whorticulture are back again-well worth seeing and listening to+cat.(Hello lads) Anyone going to be there apart from me? let me know, we'll get together possibly
